-----------------------MINUTES ---------------------------
Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for patent disclosure:

- No one declared a patent.

AR Review:

AR: Mike propose addition to 5.2.5 to clarify that [Model Spec] Vinl/Vinh are not always needed
- Done

AR: Mike invite Walter Katz to talk about measurements BIRDs
- Mike has asked Walter Katz again, waiting for reply

New items:

Discussion of Anders Eckholm email on ibis-list:
- There are 2 sets of overshoot limits:
  - Device no longer functions correctly
  - Device is destroyed
- IBIS static overshoot is found in "Absolute Maximum Ratings"
- Dynamic overshoot is a relaxation of the static requirement
- David: different voltages appear in "Recommended Operating Conditions"
  - This is the functional guarantee
  - This is what IBIS should specify
- Delete this sentence:
"Typically these are voltages that would cause the physical component
   to be destroyed."
- Eckhard will contact Anders about writing a BIRD

Where do we stand we on our response to JEDEC?
- David has produced a document
  - He is waiting for feedback from group
  - It may be missing content for some items
  - Mike may have some notes to send

AR: Mike check status of JEDEC response document

Continued review of the IQ specification:

5.3.4.	{LEVEL 3} [Pullup] voltage sweep range is correct
- We deleted the monotonicity requirement
  - This is covered in 5.3.9
- Moshiul: if the clamp reference is different from the pullup reference,
should all tables cover the higher voltage range?
- We made wording changes

5.3.5.	{LEVEL 3} [Pulldown] voltage sweep range is correct
5.3.6.	{LEVEL 3} [POWER Clamp] voltage sweep range is correct
- Wording changes similar to 5.3.4 applied to these.

Next meeting:

11 Mar 2008 11-12 AM EST (8-9 AM PST)

Meeting ended at 12:03 PM Eastern Time.
